As a contract resource or employee, on a scale between superb Matt Damon in “The Martian” and Yogi, the iconic picnic basket-snatching Bear, I can follow directions from afar, collaborate with or produce original takes on content across a wide professional spectrum. I’m confident a variety of creative career projects puts me ahead of that one-trick, ‘smarter than the average bear.’
My RESPONDER-1 material as a real estate broker focused on a firefighters niche, as an EA, compiling and editing multi-source contributions into reports is an editorial best practice, which has also meant presenting information as true, worth knowing, and using.
Interviewing SMEs is a baseline strength, long-term sports writer with great quotes, research, and career expertise are articulated when providing context to sports situational analysis (proposition bets). Speed in becoming a serial subject matter expert is essential for consultants, journalists, and long-form informational bloggers. WordPress is my native and favorite formatting system.
I covered the first pro beach volleyball event outside of California, the Jose Cuervo Open, in Clearwater, FL, 1982. Just sayin,’ sports writing has always been a club in proverbial bag. I’ll share watching Year Two of Young, Canales, Morgan bringing winning football back, and Charlotte Hornets hopes just became much more than respectable, Brandon Miller and LaMelo meets an outstanding draft class, best position and need additions talent-wise in forever.

Thirty-five years of editorial and sales related expertise, and my Q&A process of consulting and interviews builds trust, communicates factors most important to clients, what is essential to convey in content creation.
Corporate newsletters to politics, business and sports features (50+ credits for Panthers FanSided site in 2016-2019); CBD oil research as content creation when hemp was legalized, senior healthcare, recruiting, real estate and political commentary are all in my bailiwick.
Knowing how to “dig” in client interview situations is mandatory for material research, a skill sharpened often in sales presentations.
- While CDTalent Enterprises has creative and editorial production in a variety of situations, I’m more about compilation and interpretation of content, then presenting it with specified formats and editorial values than technical-technical writing. Leadership Thought – 1,200 words enough? 4,000 words about recycling in U.S. as world garbage challenge, with lots of links?
- Produced corporate Ordering and Return Procedures for an industrial laundry machinery operation, and a ‘How to’ article (Magnificent 7 of Youth Rugby Fundraiser) for scholastic sports fundraising.
- Communication and collaboration are essential to success of projects, public speaking skills are a confident asset in conveying operational steps at fundraising events and professional levels. Analyzing reports and context editing translates well in sports betting arena.
- Edited group essays of 130 rising juniors (HOBY Ambassadors https://hobynceast.org/) into chapters for a read-along book project highlighting qualities like confidence, loyalty, cooperation, and being trustworthy, for a youth leadership organization.
- Six years of Junior Chamber work featured leadership action and oversight, problem solving, documentation, innovation, cooperation. We were committed to professional upskilling and creativity, provided a successful operation as a baseline for on-going community service.
Good opportunity taken, enjoyed

This is an upgraded kronut by Sugarrmann, with an extra blob of flavorful lemon under the glazing, after I reviewed a previous version’s tastefulness. Super little crunch of layers for it being a cake donut, and give it an A-1 on the super sugary-cinnamon overload.
A week from training camp, Panthers AND Hornets are big news

From his Week 8 comeback through season-ending finale in Atlanta, the headlines were definitely more Ballin’ with Bryce-like. Yes! they have TetMc, a highly motivated Xavier Legette, variety and speed in the WR room, whats justifiably called an excellent, veteran offensive line, with a proven pair of 1,000 yard rushers in backfield. Free agency defensive buys definitely upgraded all personnel levels for DC Evero’s 3-4 alignment, and there’s backups. This should be #MrTeppers$ first over-.500 team, Year Two of QB Young, HC Canales, GM Morgan and football operations.
Yes, there are now Expectations. Anyone who suggests Head Coach Canales has any kind of hotseat situation is on wrong side of events, and there’s every reason to stake out the high ground of NFC South (DraftKings, +370) as $20 worth possibility. Over 6.5 wins deserves $20 bet too, (-140) shows confidence many have they’ll out-do the perceived low total, in light of well-documented defensive additions by Morgan.
Noboooody is denying the brutal injury report all season long, OMG! both thumbs up for the O-line working so well. There were several games where the starters played every snap, 65-75 a game; Bryce certainly benefitted from/contributed to that unity. REAL payoff should be Now.
Young is no longer hesitant in his throws or runs (six rushing TDs), he had completions to nine receivers against Atlanta and *13* games without turnovers overall. The constant blitzing he was subjected to rookie year (62 sacks) was cut in half (29 sacks) by GM Dan Morgan’s putting a now well-respected offensive line in place, beginning with free agent guards Hunt and Lewis. If his slight frame and 5’10”ish height was considered inadequate to the success of being an NFL quarterback, his passes are more often precise and strong now.
Even if not the crackling fastball of others like Daniels, Burrow, Allen, Herbert, Penix, or Baker Mayfield’s darts, I maintain Panther all-timer Cam Newton NEVER threw a receiver open, or hit an UP pass to a top go-get-it! receiver in the back corner like Bryce Young will. O-line is NFL adept, deep, and run-oriented. RB Chuba Hubbard is the epitome of good people in organization getting rewarded, a philosophy football operations (Morgan, Tillis) has shown regularly. #2 picks and guaranteed money holdouts across league? Panthers have TWO of those. Hmmm.
From early on, Head Coach Dave Canales talked about having three full rooms – tight ends, running backs, WR. Yes, they are stocked on TEs, and a full complement-array of receiver talent (9), including Theilen, Renfro and Horn, the return of ready-to-be-maximized by skill set Ja’Tavian Sanders holds in the red zone, and XL, continued good on good stacking of routes and upcoming catches.
Former Panther head man Ron Rivera often said, “We’ll see how things go when we put on the pads.” Yep.
Feel free to have an opinion.
- Absolutely, all systems go! Defense fixed, receivers and runners solid, .500 no problem
- I dunno, 5-12 and Brown was #1 reason? Injuries and Evero again? and bet the over 6.5 (-140 right now)
- You couldn’t ask for better picking by Morgan, have to believe better players, free agents, 9-8 wouldn’t surprise, NFC South? (+340)
- They’re still like four strategic injuries from being real ordinary, I’ll watch, see how it goes through October
